Game Update

Our game is going fairly well, we're a little behind. That's because were short a team member. There is a lot of pressure on this game being completed on time. We only have like 23 days left. In this class thats not long at all. I think were going to do fine though. Our game as compaired to the other games I have reviewed in this class is good. I can't wait to get the whole thing done!!

The Week to Come??

Okay next week we have so much to do. Where supposed to be creating scenes for our game. This means working in code which in turn means the death of me.. I hate flash period. There isn't even one thing I can say that I find pleasurable when working with flash. I think next week will be challenging, but no more than the other weeks have been. I'm looking forward to creating scenes and hope that all goes well. These next few weeks are going to be a rush, becasue we only have about six more weeks in here! This year has went by so fast! I think next week should be fun to say the least!!

Vistitors

Today our principal came into class. I enjoyed his visit greatly. He talked to us about many of the various oppertunities that come along with taking this class. He has been very supportive of this class from the beginning. He also asked who will be taking this class again next year. I am not sure exactly what I will do. There are many depending variables like if we will receive a math credit next year or how many people will be taking this class. I have really enjoyed this class so much so far. Overall I really enjoyed our princapals visit and I look forward to the next.

Spring Cleaning!

Today we started spring cleaning. Yeah figure of speach. We have to clean up our wikis, blogs, and learning logs. For myself, I won't have too much to do. I try to keep up with everything. But I can't say that truely for the rest. I think this should be one of the simplest assignments in this class so far!

Presentations

Today we done our presentations. I think they went pretty good. Mr. C forgot to call me down to do mine with my team though. I know that my team still done great. I think we have a decent chance of winning this really, and the other teams as well. I can't wait to see the results of today:))

team shake ups

Okay this wee we had to change around  teams a bit. We have two students in here that had to change their classes around. So I am in a team with one that had to leave so we had to split the team up and go into other teams. I ended up in the coal mining team. We didn't have to go into a new team if we didn't want to but I think it is for the best. So far it's going great I'm enjoying it and it has also made it a little better because three heads is better than two.. 

working in flash

This week we have been making our game scenes in flash. I personally hate flash I think it is evil in every aspect. The flash is like paints evil cousin. We I think finally got the next button added to our game. This week has been a war with flash for me. Because half the time my flash is down which renders me unproductive. I just can't wait to never have to deal with flash again:)
